Roasted peppers and tomato soup served with homemade artisan bread

CARCIOFI IN INSALATA (v)

Marinated artichokes and sun-blush tomatoes on a bed of rocket salad with Parmesan shavings

TORTINI DI PESCE

Cod and Pancetta fish cakes served with homemade tartare sauce

RISOTTO AI PORCINI

A delicious creamy risotto with a mix of Porcini and champion mushrooms

GAMBERONI IN TEMPURA

King prawns covered in a light batter served with a hot salsa

SALMONE AL CARTOCCIO

Filet of Salmon “al cartoccio”, baked in parchment paper, with zucchini and asparagus

L'ARROSTO

Roast beef, Roast chicken or Lamb shank served with a rosemary, roasted garlic and red wine jus on a bed of mash potatoes

RAVIOLI DI PESCE

Sea bass stuffed ravioli served with mussels and cherry tomatoes with a touch garlic and chilli

Italian Savoiardi (aka ladyfingers) dipped in coffee, layered with a mascarpone mixture, dusted in cocoa.
